Book Review - The Nasty Bits
The Nasty Bits: Collected Varietal Cuts, Useable Trim, Scraps, and Bones by Anthony Bourdain
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
I've only caught bits of Bourdain's shows over the years and haven't read Kitchen Confidential but I quite enjoyed these essays none the less. He's kind of a cranky, know it all whom, not so oddly, I can relate to. The last section had some post-writing notes on a few of the stories which were interesting in themselves.
